Labels for advertising specials, badges for an event, membership cards for a club or identification for a health insurance company can, with no problem, be printed separately and then enclosed with an accompanying letter. Thousands of them. However, this is expensive, tedious, and insecure.
For this reason, we have developed processes with which completely different materials can be put together and be printed in one process as an integrated mailing or form.
A typical example of this would be creditcard-sized identification cards made of robust special paper or plastic whereby the front and back sides are printed in one process and inserted into a mailing or form. Once removed, they are quickly folded and stuck together to make a solid ID card. Thinking is the basis of each new assignment, but this is always integrated in the work of Birkhäuser+GBC in any case.
